Ingredients2 1/2 c. Sweet Stacks Gourmet Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/2 c. half & half
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Powdered sugar--for dusting
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, egg, half & half, melted butter, and sugar. Batter will be thick and lumpy.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spoon biscuit batter/dough onto the cookie sheet in large spoon-fulls or use an ice cream scoop. Spoon 1-2 TBSP cherry pie filling on the center of each uncooked biscone, pressing the filling into the dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
Yield: 12 biscones (depending on size of each)
