Guam Banana Snickerdoodles – 2ND Place Winner (2017 Recipe Contest)


1 cup brown sugar
½ cups softened unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 small ripe banana, mashed
3 cups SweetStacks Guam Banana Donut Mix
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy.

2. Then mix in vanilla, egg, and banana.

3. Beat in the donut mix.

4. In a shallow bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together. Use a spoon to shape cookies into balls of desired size. Roll ball of dough into sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on half sheet pan sprayed with non-stick coating. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly brown. Cool on a rack.

Notes: These cookies are delicious a little under baked. It makes the centers ooey gooey. So be careful not to over-bake.

Yield: 15 Large or 24 Small cookies
