Ingredients
1/2 batch SweetStacks batter (1 cup SweetStacks Pancake mix, 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 3 TBL oil)
2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
marshmallows
chocolate (I used chocolate chips but anything goes!)
Peanut butter (if desired)
Instructions
Make 1/2 batch of SweetStacks Pancake mix
Combine graham cracker crumbs to batter
When waffles are finished it’s time to roast marshmallows! I roasted mine over my gas stove but you can also do this by making a base of chocolate chips in a bake-safe pan and top with marshmallows and broil until golden brown.
Assemble waffles with chocolate, peanut butter or whatever you like.
